Schluss mit Sexismus Sexismus ist keine Frage der „Kultur“, Nationalität oder der sozialen Herkunft, sondern tragende Struktur des Patriarchats weltweit! Die sexistischen Angriffe von Männern(-gruppen) auf Frauen - in Köln und anderen Orten - haben Frauen durch Anzeigen öffentlich gemacht. Wenn wir Frauen uns verteidigen, schreien oder wegrennen müssen, schauen die meisten einfach zu oder weg! Sexistische Gewalt an Frauen wird kaum hinterfragt. Der sexistische Täter ist selten „der Unbekannte“, sondern - wie durch die jahrzehntelangen weltweiten Kämpfe der Frauenbewegungen sichtbar gemacht wurde - meist der „bekannte“ Vater, Bruder, Onkel, Lebensgefährte, Freund, Nachbar, Lehrer, Arzt, Arbeitskollege, „Chef“ u.a.m. Die Männergewalt an Frauen und Mädchen ist Bestandteil des strukturellen Sexismus wie auch: Bekleidungs- und Verhaltensvorschriften für Frauen, Bildungs- und Berufsverbote, Zwangsehen, Genitalverstümmelung, niedrige Frauenarbeits-Löhne, geschlechtshierarchischer Arbeitsteilung, Abtreibungsverbote u.a.m. Sexismus als Ideologie lehrt Frauen sich schuldig und schmutzig zu fühlen, „geduldig“ und stumm zu bleiben. Wenn wir sexistische Ge- walt benennen, werden wir als lächerlich, gewalttätig oder prüde bezeichnet. Von klein auf wird uns erklärt, dass wir uns vor dem „Unbekannten“ und „Fremden“ fürchten und beim „eige- nen Mann“ Schutz suchen sollen. Aber wir sind niemandes Besitz. Wir wollen nicht beschützt, betreut oder eingesperrt werden. Wir sind vor allem wütend! Wir fürchten weder das „Unbekannte“ noch das „Fremde“. Wir nehmen uns Raum und Bewegungsfreiheit und kämpfen für die Freiheit für Frauen! Gegen die sexistische Dominanzkultur gestalten wir kollektiv FrauenLesbenRäume, organisieren feministische Selbstverteidigung, FrauenLesbenDemos u.a.m. - als öffentliche Kraft für gelebte aktive Frauensolidarität.

Schluss mit Rassismus Wir lassen uns nicht für rassistische Hetze benützen! Rassismus ist ein System von Spaltung, Entrechtung und Ausbeutung weltweit.Die sexistischen Angriffe in Köln werden in den Medien und vom Staat für rassistische Politik gegen Flüchtlinge benutzt. Rechte Bürgerwehren, linksliberale Medien und MinisterInnen sprechen plötzlich von Frauenrechten und der Verteidigung „unserer Werte“. Von welchen Werten sprechen sie? - Dass in Europa ein Großteil der Frauen von ihrem Arbeitslohn nicht eigenständig leben kann? Dass muslimische Frauen mit Kopftuch auf der Straße bespuckt werden? Dass Schwarze Frauen als „exotisch“ und sexualisiert angegrif- fen oder kriminalisiert werden? Dass Lesben beschimpft oder verschwiegen werden? Dass Frauen allgemein in den Medien, in der Werbung bis zur Pornoindustrie als sexualisierte Objekte dar- gestellt und vermarktet werden? Dass Frauen alltäglich in Beziehungenmisshandelt werden und jährlich fast jede Woche eine Frau von ihrem (Ex) Partner ermordet wird? Oder meinen sie die Vergewaltigungskultur, die wir alltäglich erleben müssen? Oder die Kultur der „gang bangs“, der inszenierten Gruppenvergewaltigungen in den Großbordellen, und eine Kultur, die Frauen, die in der Sexindustrie arbeiten als „unanständige Frauen“ ausgrenzt und kriminalisiert? Sie nennen ihre Werte demokratisch. Was ist an Unterdrückung demokratisch? Wir finden diese sexistischen und rassistischen Verhältnisse im Namen der liberalen Gleichberechtigung unerträglich! Die rassistische Hetze macht den geflüchte- ten Mann zum Feindbild und geflüchtete Frauen zu stummen Opfern einer so genannten „fremden Kultur“. Doch wir schweigen nicht! Menschen flüchten aufgrund von Krieg, Verfolgung und Armut. Fluchtgründe für Frauen aufgrund sexistischer Gewalt (Vergewaltigung, Zwangsverheiratung, Genitalverstümmelung u.a.m.) werden (noch immer) nicht als selbstverständliche Asylgründe anerkannt. Frauen, die über Familiennachzug nach Österreich kommen, erhalten kein eigenständiges Aufenthaltsrecht. Sie werden mit rassistischen Gesetzen in die Abhängigkeit von einem (Ehe)Mann ge- zwungen. Frauen, die aus Frauenhandelsstrukturen flüchten, erhalten kein selbstverständliches Aufenthaltsrecht. Ihnen droht die Abschiebung, wenn sie nicht bereit sind mit Polizei und Justiz zu kooperieren! Wir kooperieren nicht! Wir brauchen aktive Solidarität! Die Regierungen der EU bauen Stacheldrahtzäune gegen flüchtende Menschen und errichten so genannte „hot spots“ als Selektions- und Sammellager. Die EU-Außengrenzen werden mit Frontex militärisch hochgerüstet, wodurch jährlich tausende Menschen u.a. im Mittelmeer sterben. Die österreichische Re- gierung spricht von Obergrenzen und will 50.000 geflüchtete und migrierte Menschen mit Militärtransportern ab- schieben. Wir sehen dies als einen Krieg gegen Menschen auf der Flucht! Wir machen da nicht mit und lassen uns nicht in dieses System integrieren! Rassistische Politik bewirkt eine Spaltung, Vereinzelung und soziale Verschärfung für alle. Durchbrechen wir die Grenzen und reißen die Zäune ein. Und stellen wir uns gegen die wachsende Faschisierung. Wir kämpfen für Bewegungsfreiheit und gleiche soziale und politi- sche Grundrechte für Alle! Weltweit kämpfen Frauen für ihre Rechte, gegen Krieg, Ausbeutung und Männerdominanz. Wir können viel voneinander lernen. Unsere gemeinsame Sehnsucht für die Freiheit aller Frauen weltweit verbindet uns.

Schluss mit Waffenproduktion und imperialen Kriegen Krieg bedeutet Zerstörung, Hunger, Mord, Vergewaltigung, Verfolgung und Vertreibung - und Profite für die Rüstungsindustrie und Transnationalen Konzerne. Die EU beteiligt sich aktiv an den Kriegseinsätzen in Osteuropa, im Mittleren Osten, Afrika, Asien und Süd- amerika. Wir sind aktuell Zeuginnen eines grausamen und militarisierten Wettbewerbs über die Verteilung von Rohstoffen und Märkten für ein kapitalistisches System, das einhergeht mit der Kontrolle und Überwachung der Bevölkerung im Namen der „Sicherheit“. Öffentliche Gelder, die in die Rüstungsindustrie und in die Aufrüs- tung von Polizei, Militär und „Staatssicherheit“ fließen, sind Millionen Euros, die uns alle für soziale Infrastruk- turen und das „Gemeinwohl“ fehlen. Die Waffen, die hier produziert werden, morden mit in aller Welt. Und Verge- waltigung, Pornografie und organisierte Prostitution sind strukturierende Grundlagen für Militarismus und Teil der Kriegsführung. Aktuell wird - im Namen der europäischen Flüchtlingspolitik - u.a. die türkische Regierung finanziell und mi- litärisch unterstützt, um Menschen aus Kriegsgebieten von Europa fernzuhalten. Diese türkische Regierung führt einen Krieg gegen die kurdische Zivilbevölkerung und ihre basisdemokratische Selbstverwaltung im kurdischen Frauen-Freiheits-Kampf. Durchbrechen wir die mediale Zustimmung zu Massakern, militärischer Belagerung und Vertreibung der Bevölkerung. Die kurdische Frauenbewegung in Nordkurdistan/Türkei ruft nach internatio- naler Frauensolidarität. Eine Frauensolidarität, die Grenzen überschreitet und gemeinsam gegen Krieg und Männer- dominanz kämpft. Die als solidarische Kraft Perspektiven eines freien und gemeinschaftlichen Lebens ernst nimmt und sich dem zunehmenden Militarismus und Nationalismus entgegenstellt. Für eine solidarische Welt ohne Krieg, Rassismus und Sexismus. Für eine solidarische Ökonomie und kollektives, selbstverwaltetes Wirtschaften ohne Waffen, Profite, Ausbeutung, und Unterdrückung! Frauen - verbünden wir uns und gehen gemeinsam auf die Straße. Feminismus ist eine revolutionäre Kraft, um die HERRschenden Bedingungen zu durchbrechen.

Feminist Resistance Let’s End Sexism, Racism and War

Let’s Put an End to Sexism Sexism is not a question of “culture”, nationality or social background, but a structure sustaining global patriarchy!

Women have made public the sexist attacks by (groups of) men on them – in Cologne and elsewhere – by reporting to the police. If we women have to defend ourselves, if we scream or must run away, most people just stand by and look away! Sexist violence against women is hardly ever put into question. As could be shown by the struggles of the women’s movements for many decades and world-wide, the sexist attacker is seldom “the unknown stranger”, but mostly the “familiar” father, brother, uncle, partner, friend, neighbour, teacher, doctor, colleague at work, “boss” etc.
Men’s violence against women and girls is part of structural sexism as are the dress codes and rules of conduct for women, their exclusion from education and employment, forced marriages, genital mutilation, low wages for women, the gender-based division of labour, the bans on abortion and many more. Sexism as an ideology teaches women to feel guilty and “dirty”, to remain “patient” and mute. If we call sexist violence by its name, we are ridiculed and called violent or prudish. From an early age on we are told to be afraid of “unknown strangers” and turn to our “own man” for protection. But we are not owned by anybody. We refuse to be protected, taken care of or locked away. And most of all we are angry! We neither fear the “unknown” nor the “strange”. We take space and the freedom to move and struggle for women’s freedom! In collectives we establish and define spaces for women and lesbians, organize feminist self-defence, demonstrations of women and lesbians etc. – as a means to give public power to practiced and active women’s solidarity.

Let’s Put an End to Racism We refuse to be instrumentalized for racist hate speech! Racism is a global system of divide and rule, responsible for deprivation of rights and exploitation.

The sexist attacks of Cologne have been used by the media and the state to legitimize racist politics against refugees. Right-wing vigilante groups, left-liberal media and ministers all of a sudden speak of women’s rights and the defence of “our values”. Which values are they talking about? – That in Europe the majority of women cannot make a living from the poor wages we are paid? That Muslim women wearing headscarves are spat at in the streets? That Black Women, who are considered “exotic”, get sexually harassed and criminalized? That women in general are represented and marketed as sexualized objects in the media, in advertisements and in the porn industry? That, day by day, women are abused in their relationships and that almost every week one woman is killed by her (ex-) partner? Or do they mean the rape culture which we experience every day? Or the culture of “gang bangs”, the orchestrated gang rapes in the big brothels, and the culture excluding and criminalizing women who work in the sex industry as “indecent women”? They call their values democratic. What is democratic about oppression? We consider these sexist and racist conditions in the name of liberal equality unbearable! Racist hate speech turns the refugee man into an image of the enemy and refugee women into silent victims of a so-called “foreign culture”. Yet, we will not keep silent! People become refugees because they flee from wars, persecution and poverty. The reasons for women to flee sexual violence (rape, forced marriage, genital mutilation etc.) are (still) not acknowledged as reasons of course to grant asylum to them. Women coming to Austria to join family members, do not have a right of residence of their own. With the help of racist laws they are forced into dependence on their husbands or other men. Neither are women who escape structures of trafficking given the right of residence as a matter of course. They are threatened by deportation, if they are not prepared to cooperate with the police and the judicial system! But we will not cooperate! We need active solidarity! The EU-governments build barbed wire fences against refugees and establish so-called “hot spots” as camps for the concentration and selection of refugees. The exterior borders of the EU are increasingly militarized, with the consequence that every year thousands of people die in the Mediterranean Sea, among others. The Austrian government is speaking of introducing “upper limits” and “ceilings” on the number of refugees allowed in the country and wants to deport 50,000 refugees and migrants in military transport planes. We consider this a war against people who are fleeing! We refuse to be part of this and we refuse to be integrated into such a system! Racist politics fosters division among people, it leads to isolation and social inequality for everybody. Let us break through the borders and tear down the fences. And let’s take a stand against the ongoing rise of fascism. We fight for the freedom to move and equal social and political fundamental rights for all! On a global scale, women are fighting for their rights, against war, exploitation and the dominance of men. We can learn a lot from each other. Our shared desire for the freedom of all women in the world unites us.

Let’s Put an End to Arms Production and Imperial Wars War means destruction, hunger, murder, rape, persecution and displacement – and profits for the arms industry and transnational corporations.

The EU is actively involved in military missions in Eastern Europe, in the Middle East, in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Currently we are witnesses to a cruel and militarised competition for the distribution of resources and markets to sustain the capitalist system, a development which is accompanied by control and surveillance of the population in the name of “security”. Public funds spent on the arms industries and the militarisation of police, army and “state security” are millions of Euros which are missing in investments in infrastructure and “the common good”. The weapons, which are produced here, in our countries, are instruments of killing elsewhere. And rape, pornography and organised prostitution are structuring foundations of militarism and part of warfare. Currently and in the name of European refugee politics, the Turkish government, among others, is supported financially and militarily, to keep people escaping war zones out of Europe. This Turkish government is waging a war against the Kurdish civilian population and their autonomous self-government in the Kurdish (women’s) struggle for freedom. Let’s put an end to the consent in the media to massacres, military occupation and displacement of the civilian population. The Kurdish women’s movement in Northern Kurdistan/Turkey calls for international women’s solidarity, a women’s solidarity transgressing borders and fighting wars and male dominance; which – as a power of solidarity – takes serious the perspectives of a free and communal life and opposes the mounting militarism and nationalism. For a world of solidarity, without wars, racism and sexism! For an economy of solidarity and a collective autonomous economy without weapons, profits, exploitation and oppression!

Women – let’s unite and take to the streets together. Feminism is a revolutionary power to break down and overcome the dominant conditions!

Feministički otpor Stop seksizmu , rasizmu i ratu!

Stop seksizmu Seksizam nije pitanje kulture, nacionalnosti ili sozialne pripadnosti, nego vodeċa struktura paterijarhalnog društva širom svijeta. Seksistički napadi muškaraca na žene – u Kelnu ili na drugim mjestima – došli su u javnost kroz prijave od strane žena. Kada se mi žene branimo, vrištimo ili bježimo mnogi samo gledaju ili se prave da ne vide. Nasilje nad ženama često biva neistraženo. Nasilnik je rijetno neko „nepoznat“ - nego kako saznajemo iz historije raznim feminističkih pokreta – često „poznat“ otac, brat, ujak, partner, prijatelj, susjed, učitelj, lječnik, šef, radni kolega… Naslje od strane muškaraca je sastavni dio sexiszma kao i: odjevanje, način ponašanja, zabrane u sferi obrazovanja i posla, prisilno vjenčanje, niže plaće, podjela rada među polovima, zabrana abortacije… Sexizmam kao ideologija uči žene da se osjećaju krivima i prljavima, zahtjeva da budu mirne i pokorne. Ako pomenemo nasilje nad ženama, bivamo prozvane smješnima, nasilnima ili rigidnima. Od malena nas uče da se bojimo „nepoznatog“ i „stranog“ i da kod partnera tražimo zaštitu. Ali mi nismo ničije vlašnistvo. Mi ne želimo biti čuvane, u pratnji ili zatvorene. Mi smo prije svega ljute. Mi se ne bojimo niti „nepoznatog“ niti „stranog“. Mi uzimamo sebi prostor u kojem se možemo slobodno kretati i borimo se za slobodu žena. Protiv dominantne kulture stvaramo kolektivne prostore za žene/lezbijke, organiziramo kurseve samoodbrane, proteste. – kao slobodna snaga za aktivnu solidarnost sa svim ženama. 7

Stop rasizmu
Ne želimo biti marionete rasizmu! Rasizam je sistem odvajanja, obespravljenja i iskorištavanja. Mediji i država sexističke napade u Kelnu koriste za širenje rasističke politike. Desničari, ljevičarsko-liberalni mediji i ministarstva odjedanput govore o zaštiti ženskih prava i žastiti „naših“ vrijednosti. O kojim vrijednostima oni govore? – Da u Europi većina žena od svojih plata ne mogu da žive? Da muslimanke bivaju progonjene zato što nose maramu? Da su crne žene „egzoticne“ i sexualizirane? Da su žene u medijima, reklamama i porno industriji prikazane kao sexualini objekti? Da žene svakodnevno bivaju zlostavljane i godišnje skoro svake sedmice bivaju ubijene od strane svojih (bivših) partnera? Ili mislite na zlostavljanje koje svakodnevno moramo doživljavati? Ili kulturu „gang bang“ koja inscinira grupno zlostavljanje u velikim bordelima ili kulturu koja žene koje se bave prostituciom naziva nepristojnima ? Vi nazivate te vrijednosti demokratskim. Šta je u omalovažavanju demokratsko? Mi smatramo to sexistično i rasistično ponašanje u ime liberalizma nepodnošljivim! Rasisitično podsticanje pravi od izbjeglog muškarca kriminalca, a od izbjegle žene njemu žrtvu tzv. „strane“ kulture. Ali mi ne šutimo! Ljudi bježe od rata, istrebljenja i siromaštva. Sexistično nasilje nad ženama (nasilje, prisilna udaja, etc.) još uvijek nisu priznati kao razlozi za azil. Žene koje bivaju dovedene na osnovu spajanje porodice, ne dobijaju sopstvena prava. Sa zakonima bivaju potlačene mužu/muškarcu. Mi trebamo i zahtjevamo aktivnu solidarnost. EU diže bodljikave granice, stvara „hot spots“ gdje se akumuliraju izbjeglice, gdje se vrši selekcija ljudi. EU granice čuva vojska dok godišnje hiljade ljudi umiru na crnom moru. Austrijska vlada priča o granicama u kojima mogu da prime izbjeglice i želi 50 000 izbjeglica silom vratiti u zemlje porijekla. Mi to vidimo kao rat protiv izbjeglica! Mi ne želimo biti dio toga i ne želimo se integrisati u takav sistem! Rasistična politika uzrokuje djeljenje, individualizaciju i socijale sankcije za sve nas . Srušimo granice i recimo stop fašizmu! Mi se borimo za slobodu kretanja i ista socijalna prava za sve! Žene diljem svijeta se bore za svoja prava, protiv rata, diskriminacije i muške dominacije. Mi možemo mnogo toga da naučimo jedni od drugih. Naša težnja slobodi svih žena, ujedinjuje nas!

Stop proizvodnji oružja i ratu Rat je jednako rušenje, glad, smrt, nasilje, istrebljenje i profit za oružanu industriju i transnacijonalne koncerne. EU aktivno učestvuje u ratu u istočnoj Europi, na srednjem Istoku, Africi, Aziji i južnoj Americi. Mi smo svjedoci stravičnog i vojnog nadmetanja za raspodjelu dobara i tržista za kapitalistički sistem. Državni novac koji ide u proizvodnju oružja mjeri se milionima eura koji nam poslije nedostaju za socijalnu infrastrukturu ili dobrobiti sviju. Oružje proizvedeno ovdije ubija ljude širom svijeta. Nasilje, pornografija i organizovana prostitucija je dio militarizma i dio rata. Politika u ime izbjeglice u Europi, financijski i vojno podržava vladu Turske, da bi držala izbjegice dalje od Europe. Ta turska vlada vodi rat protiv civilnog kurdskog društva. Srušimo madijalno podržavanje masakra i protjer stanovništva. Kurdski ženski pokret u sjevernom Kurdistanu (Turska) traži internacijonalnu solidarnost. Solidarnost koja ne poznaje granice i koja se zajedničkim snagama bori protiv rata i muške dominacije. Kao solidarna perspektiva borimo se protiv militarizma i nacionalizma, a za slobodan i zajednički život. Za solidarni svijet bez rata, rasizma i sexizma. Za solidarnu ekonomiju bez oružja, profita, potlačenja i eksploatacije! Žene – udružimo se i krenimo zajedno na ulice. Feminizam je revolicijonarna snaga, koja će savladati vladajuće uslove.
