Unser Freund und Genosse S. benötigt Unterstützung. In Folge der Teilnahme an der Demo gegen die “Identitäre Bewegung” am 11. Juni 2016 ist S. von Repression betroffen, da er wegen Sachbeschädigung verurteilt wurde. Nach dieser Verurteilung hat S. Berufung eingelegt - das heißt, dass sein Fall bald in die nächste Instanz, also an das Landesgericht, geht. So ein Prozess kostet nicht nur viel Zeit und Energie, sondern auch Geld. Lasst uns deshalb gemeinsam dafür sorgen, dass S. all diese Ressourcen nicht alleine aufbringen muss und nicht auf seinen Prozesskosten sitzen bleibt. Denn eine konsequente antifaschistische Praxis bleibt nur möglich, wenn wir uns solidarisch mit unseren Genoss_innen zeigen, die sonst unter der Wucht der staatlichen Repression einzuknicken drohen. Darum: kommt zahlreich und feiert mit uns!

Our friend and comrade S. is in need of support. Following his participation in the protest against the “Identitarian Movement” (“Identitäre Bewegung”) on June 11th, 2016, S. has been facing repression due to his conviction of damage to property. He decided to appeal against his sentence, resulting in his case being referred to the regional court. Not only does such a process cost a lot of time and energy, but also money.

Let us ensure that S. won’t have to come up with all these resources by himself, since consistent antifascist practice can only be maintained by showing solidarity with our comrades who are encountering state repression.
