Anarchistisches Café: E-Mail Verschlüsselungs Workshop
PGP ist eine Ende-zu-Ende Verschlüsselung, sprich nur die Person, die die Nachricht verschickt und der_die Empfänger_in können sie mittels Passwort entschlüsseln und lesen. Im Zuge von zunehmender Überwachung, nicht nur durch die Polizei, sondern auch von Konzernen, die jegliche Informaitonen sammeln um davon zu profitieren, sollte man ihnen die Informationen nicht auch noch in den Rachen stopfen. Mittlerweile gibt es einfache Wege Daten und Kommunikation zu verschlüsseln und sie unzugänglicher zu machen für Dritte, die es nichts angeht!
Im Workshop gibt es eine kleine Einführung zu Datenschutz und unterschiedlichen Verschlüsselungsmöglichkeiten und dann machen wir uns an die Praxis! Nehmt auch gerne eure eigenen Laptops mit, wenn ihr welche habt!

E-Mail Encryption Workshop
At the last time we’re talking about the subject of “communication” for now, we will get into E-Mail communication via PGP-Encryption. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pretty_Good_Privacy)
PGP ist an end-to-end encryption, which means that only the person who sends the message and the receipient can decrypt the message via password and read ist. In the course of increasing surveillance, not just by the police, but also by huge companies, who collect any kind of information to profit from it, we shouldn’t feed them unintentionally with it. Meanwhile there are easy ways to encrypt data and communication to make them more inaccessible for those, who don’t have anything to do with it!
At the workshop there will be a little introduction into safety of data and different possibilities of encryption and then we will go on to the practical part of it! You can also bring your laptop if you have one!
