Gemeinsame Ökonomien (GemÖk) bzw. Finanzkooperativen sind Gruppen von Menschen, die ihr Einkommen in einen gemeinsamen Topf geben, aus dem alle gleichermaßen schöpfen können.
Leute aus verschiedenen Gruppen erzählen am 24.4. ab 19h, wie sie diese Idee des solidarischen, hierarchiefreien und bedürfnisorientierten Wirtschaftens im Hier und Jetzt leben. Vertrauen und eine solide antikapitalistische Grundeinstellung – was braucht es noch, um sich in einer Gemeinsamen Ökonomie mit anderen wohl zu fühlen?
Die Formen und Modelle, individuelle Einkünfte gemeinsam zu nutzen sind vielfältig: Eine Gruppe legt ihre Einkünfte zusammen, um den Alltag zu bestreiten (Alltagsökonomie), eine andere auch Erbschaften, Rücklagen und Schulden (Vermögensökonomie).
Wir würden gerne ein paar Fragen zum Thema Gemeinschaftsökonomie gemeinsam diskutieren: Welche Erfahrungen werden in Gemöks gemacht? Was hält mich davon ab, eine Gemök zu gründen? Welche gesellschaftspolitischen Hoffnungen kann eine Gemök tragen? Welche konkreten Schritte braucht es um eine Gemök zu gründen?
Die Veranstaltung wird auf deutsch stattfinden - es wird Flüsterübersetzungen in englisch geben. Wenn ihr von Leuten hört, die kommen wollen und eine Übersetzung in andere Sprachen brauchen, meldet euch und wir versuchen das zu organisieren.

Collective economies (in German shortly GemÖk) or financial cooperatives are groups of people who put their income into a shared pot from which all can take money equally. People from different collectives are talking on the 24th of April starting from 7 p.m. about this idea of an small-scale economy that is orientated on the needs of the people, solidarity and anti-hierarchic structures that is lived now and here. Trust, anti-capitalist principles - what else is needed to feel comfortable in a collective economy with others? The forms and modes how to share the individual income are diverse: One group is putting together all their income for the daily life (everyday economy), another also shares inheritances, savings and debt (property economy).
We would like to discuss some questions about collective economies: What experiences have been made in money collectives? What stops me from joining a money collective? What social-political hopes can be carried by the concept of collective economies? What steps are needed to found a money collective?
The event will be in German and there will be translation into English. If there are many English speakers the event can also be in English and there will be translation into German. If you know about other people who want to join and need another language than English or German, contact us, and we will try to organize translation.
