Du möchtest für Klimagerechtigkeit jetzt aktiv werden? CO2-Preise ab 2022 kommen für dich zu spät? Du willst ein Projekt umsetzen und mehr als bei Demos dabei zu sein? Dann bist du beim Klimacamp bei Wien genau richtig! Wir nehmen die klimagerechte Zukunft selbst in die Hand und gestalten sie jetzt!
Klimagerechtigkeit?! Im ersten Teil des Workshops werden wir gemeinsam den Unterschied zwischen Klimaschutz und Klimagerechtigkeit herausarbeiten. Für ein gutes Leben für Alle ist diese Unterscheidung für uns wichtig. Denn auch neue Technologien können umweltschädlich sein und ändern die Gesellschaft nicht.
Im zweiten Teil des Workshops werden wir das Klimacamp bei Wien vorstellen. Klimacamps sind das Herzstück der Klimagerechtigkeitsbewegung und Raum für Aktion, Bildung, Vernetzung und das Leben von Utopien. Für das Klimacamp 2020 ist der Organisationsprozess schon voll im Gange. Wir stellen vor, was bisher passiert ist, wo die Reise noch hingeht und in welchen Arbeitsbereichen und -gruppen wir arbeiten.
Wir haben auch heuer viel vor und suchen als offene Gruppe noch Menschen, die mitmachen wollen. In welchen Arbeitsgruppen werden noch Menschen gebraucht? Wie kann ich mit meiner wenigen Zeit und Energie das Klimacamp unterstützen?
Als Team wollen wir mit- und voneinander lernen. Ob beim Projektmanagement, beim Kochen, oder bei der Pressearbeit: beim Klimacamp gibt es viele Möglichkeiten dazuzulernen. Komm also beim Workshop vorbei, gestalte das Gute Leben für Alle mit und werde Teil der Klimagerechtigkeitsbewegung!
Nach dem Workshop lassen wir den Abend bei Tee, Saft, Bier oder Wein und in Gesprächen ausklingen.
Wir versuchen eine Englisch-Flüsterübersetzung für den Workshop zu organisieren. Updates dazu kommen noch.
Die Galerie im ersten Stock ist leider nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Wir versuchen, dass der nächste Workshop an einem rollstuhlgerechteren Ort stattfinden wird.

You want to get active for climate justice? CO2 prices by 2022 are too late for you? Do you want to realize a climate justice-project and you want to do more than to participate in demonstrations? Then the Klimacamp bei Wien is the right place for you! We take climate justice into our own hands and shape the future now!
Climate Justice ?! In the first part of the workshop, together we will look at the difference between climate protection and climate justice. This distinction is important to strive for a good life for everyone. Because new technologies can also be harmful to the environment and do not change society.
In the second part of the workshop we will introduce the Klimacamp bei Wien. Climate camps are the centerpieces of the climate justice movement and provide a space for action, education, networking and the living out of utopias. The organizational process is already in full swing for the 2020 climate camp. In the second hour of the workshop we’ll present what has happened so far, the plan for the journey ahead and in which work areas and groups we work.
We also have big plans for this year and as an open group we are still looking for people who want to participate in organizing the camp. Which working groups need support? How can I support the climate camp with my little time and energy?
As a team, we want to learn with and from each other. Whether in project management, cooking, or PR-work: there are many opportunities to learn at the Klimacamp. So, attend the workshop, shape the good life for everyone and become part of the climate justice movement!
After the workshop, we’ll end the evening with tea, juice, beer or wine and conversations.
