Klimagerechtigkeit und Mobilität / Climate Justice and Mobility

Du willst endlich mehr Platz in der Stadt und weniger Abgase? Du willst dich für eine klimagerechte Mobilität einsetzen? Dann bist du beim Klimacamp bei Wien genau richtig! Wir setzen einen Schritt nach dem anderen in die klimagerechte Zukunft, in der alle außer Autos Platz im Stadtverkehr haben.

Klimagerechtigkeit und Mobilität? Im ersten Teil des Workshops werden wir zwischen Klimaschutz und Klimagerechtigkeit unterscheiden. Dabei werden wir vor allem auf das Thema Mobilität blicken. Sind E-Autos wirklich Wege aus der Klimakrise? Im zweiten Teil des Workshops stellen wir das Klimacamp bei Wien vor. Klimacamps sind das Herzstück der Klimagerechtigkeitsbewegung und Raum für Aktion, Bildung, Vernetzung und das Ausleben von mobilitätsgerechten Utopien. Wir erzählen, was bisher im Organisationsprozess passiert ist, wo die Reise noch hingeht und in welchen Arbeitsbereichen und -gruppen wir arbeiten.

Wir sind eine offene Gruppe und freuen uns über Menschen, die mit uns gemeinsam das Klimacamp umsetzen wollen. Am Ende des Workshops besprechen wir gemeinsam, in welchen Arbeitsgruppen noch Menschen gebraucht werden und wie du mit wenigen Zeitressourcen das Klimacamp mitgestalten kannst. Das Klimacamp bietet viele Möglichkeiten, Neues dazuzulernen und auszuprobieren. Komm also zum Workshop und werde Teil der Klimagerechtigkeitsbewegung!

Wir versuchen eine Englisch-Flüsterübersetzung für den Workshop zu organisieren. Der Raum 3 im Amerlinghaus befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und sollte rollstuhlgerecht zugänglich sein.

You finally want more space in the city and less exhaust gases? You want to get active for a climate just mobility? Then, the Klimacamp bei Wien is the right place for you! We set one foot after another into a climate just future, in which everyone can use roads equally – except for cars.

Climate Justice and Mobility? In the first part of the workshop, we will look at the difference between climate protection and climate justice. We will especially focus on the issue of mobility. Are electronic cars really the solution for the climate crisis? In the second part of the workshop we will introduce the Klimacamp bei Wien. Climate camps are the centerpieces of the climate justice movement and provide a space for action, education, networking and the living out of mobility-just utopias. We will present what has happened thus far in the organization process, where the journey is headed to and in which working areas and working groups we are structured.

We are an open group and are excited to get to know persons who want to realize the climate camp 2020 with us. At the end of the workshop we will look closer at the working groups and at how you can support the climate camp with little time resources. The climate camp offers a lot of opportunities to learn and try new stuff. So attend our workshop and become part of the climate justice movement!

We try to organize a whisper translation into English for this workshop. Room 3 at the Amerlinghaus is located at the ground floor and should be wheelchair accessible.
