Klimacamp Kick-off & Kennenlernen
Dann bist du beim Klimacamp genau richtig. Wie auch in den letzten Jahren organisieren wir 2022 wieder ein Klimacamp bei Wien. Und dafür suchen wir noch Menschen, die mit uns das Klimacamp mitorganisieren wollen – also genau dich. Beim Klimacamp Kick-Off stellen wir das Klimacamp vor. Wir zeigen dir, wie wir organisiert sind, welche Vision wir verfolgen und vor allem wie du gut in das Klimacamp 2022 einsteigen kannst. Gleichzeitig ist das Klimacamp auch der Ort, wo du neue Skills lernen kannst und bestehende vertiefen kannst. Außerdem bleibt uns auch noch genügend Raum und Zeit beim Kick-Off um alle deine Fragen rund um das Klimacamp zu klären, um uns kennenzulernen und zum Abschluss auch gemeinsam bei einem Getränk den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

After record summers, droughts and floods, politics is still not doing enough? Not enough to initiate the radical change we need? Do you want to finally get involved in climate justice? Then the Climate Camp is the right place for you. As in previous years, we are organising a climate camp near Vienna in 2022. And we are still looking for people who want to help us organise the climate camp - in other words, you. At the Climate Camp Kick-Off we will introduce the Climate Camp. We will show you how we are organised, what our vision is and, above all, how you can get involved in the Climate Camp 2022. At the same time, the Climate Camp is also the place where you can learn new skills and deepen existing ones. In addition, there will be enough time and space at the kick-off to clarify all your questions about the climate camp, to get to know each other and to finish the day with a drink together.

People with any experience of discrimination in the dominance society are explicitly welcome. We recognise racism, (hetero-)sexism, classism, Ableism or ageism as part of the current society into which we are born and socialised. At the climate camp near Vienna, we are not exempt from this either, but we try to reflect on these discriminations - and especially our own privileges - and to change them in an emancipatory way.
