The Self-Love Workshop offers a beautiful and transformative experience where we embrace self-pleasure, playfulness, sensuality, and pleasure in a safeR and supportive environment.

Arriving: We gather together and begin by shaking our bodies and dancing to two songs, allowing ourselves to fully arrive in our bodies and set a positive and open intention for the workshop.

Opening Circle: Saying your Name and pronoun we will agree to the 3 C s  Workshop Agreements - Consent, Care, & Confidentiality

Creating Your Nest: You are invited to create your own personalized self-pleasure nest. If you feel drawn to it, you can bring toys or objects to explore different sensations and enhance your experience. I offer the option to explore new toys from my personal collection you can borrow.

Guided Self-Love Ritual: With music playing, I will guide you through a 45-minute self-love ritual. You have the freedom to touch every part of your body, including your genitals. I encourage you to embrace playfulness, sensuality, and pleasure, allowing yourself to dive deep into the experience.

Integration and Stillness: We conclude the ritual by integrating the experience in stillness, providing a space for reflection and grounding. This allows you to absorb the sensations and emotions that arose during the ritual.

Closing Circle: We gather again to share our experiences, insights, and any reflections we wish to express

During the workshop, you have the freedom to choose whether to keep your eyes open or closed and to dress as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. You can also cover yourself with a blanket if it enhances your sense of privacy and intimacy. Please note that participants will not be touching one another.

Nudity is fully optional and welcomed if it aligns with your comfort level.

Why Self-Touch in Community?

Our society often imposes cultural messages that instill feelings of guilt and shame surrounding masturbation. Our aim is to shift that narrative and promote the normalization of self-pleasure. We strive to create an environment where we can cultivate a loving and respectful connection with our bodies and genitals. By embracing this space where we can witness and be witnessed as erotic beings. It is common for us to rush through experiences or focus solely on achieving release when it comes to self-pleasure. In this ritual, we invite you to slow down, take your time, and be fully present with yourself. Instead of chasing a quick climax, we encourage a deeper exploration of your body and sensations. It’s an opportunity to savor each moment, to be fully present in the pleasure and connection with yourself. By embracing this mindful approach, you can discover new depths of self-discovery, pleasure, and self-love.

The Self-Love Workshop offers a beautiful and transformative experience where we embrace self-pleasure, playfulness, sensuality, and pleasure in a safeR and supportive environment.
