A strong feminist movement is as important as ever. That’s why on 8 March we are joining international feminist movements and taking to the streets! We are fighting for a world without patriarchal violence, a world where there is equality and self-determination for FLINTA. We are taking to the streets because in Austria and across Europe we are facing the danger of a new fascism that threatens the autonomy and safety of FLINTA. We are taking to the streets against the patriarchal violence that FLINTA* - especially FLINTA* of Colour and migrant FLINTA* - queer people and sex workers are exposed to on a daily basis. We are taking to the streets because our labour is still not fairly and equally paid or recognised by society. On 8 March, we will take our demands to the streets together!

Eine starke feministische Bewegung ist wichtiger denn je. Deshalb gehen wir zum internationalen feministischen Kampftag zusammen auf die Straße! Wir kämpfen für eine Welt frei von patriarchaler Gewalt, in der FLINTA* selbstbestimmt und gleichberechtigt leben können. Wir gehen auf die Straße, weil wir in Österreich und in ganz Europa mit der Gefahr eines wiedererstarkenden Faschismus konfrontiert sind, der die Autonomie und Sicherheit von FLINTA* bedroht. Wir gehen auf die Straße gegen die patriarchale Gewalt, der FLINTA* - insbesondere FLINTA* of Colour und migrantische FLINTA* - queere Menschen und Sexarbeiter*innen tagtäglich ausgesetzt sind. Wir gehen auf die Straße, weil unsere Arbeit immer noch nicht gerecht bezahlt und gesellschaftlich anerkannt wird. Am 8. März tragen wir unsere Forderungen gemeinsam auf die Straße!
