Super Basic Introduction into Cybersecurity

• Do you really need PGP?
• What Browser should you use?
• What is TOR? Is it REALLY secure?
• Using Firefox but scared of trackers?
• Am I invisible on the Internet?
• What does my Smartphone know about me? Am I really traceable?

All of these questions will be answered in a workshop followed by a Q&A.

Knowledge requirenments? None really - and by this I mean N O N E - If you can answer all of the questions above, this workshop isn’t for you. This workshop is for people who want a super basic introduction, without shame, being able to ask any “stupid” question and getting them all answered in an super easy way. Also if you don’t understand the questions in the intro - don’t be scared, everything will be explained in detail until everyone understands it.

Technical requirenments? You don’t need anything with you, as you can just follow the workshop and listen but if you want some hands on experience you will need: - A Laptop (or Macbook - doesn’t matter. Operationsystem also doesn’t matter) - Firefox and TOR installed
