Doch woher kommen diese Klischees? Und ist überhaupt etwas dran?

Die drastischen Schritte, welche in jüngster Vergangenheit zum Beispiel durch Aaron Bushnell und den New Yorker CEO-Attentäter gesetzt wurden machen darauf aufmerksam, wie kaputt das Kapitalistische System (spezifisch in den USA, aber auch weltweit) an allen Ecken und Enden ist. Trotz der Gravierenden Natur der gewählten Mittel ist der Zuspruch aus der Bevölkerung enorm.

Besonders im Fall des erschossenen CEOs fühlen wir uns als Anarchist*innen an historische Ereignisse, bei denen Richter, Politiker und Monarch*innen ihr Ende durch die Hand unserer Genoss*innen fanden, erinnert.

Am 21.1. ist der nächste Gerichtstermin im Prozess gegen Luigi Mangione. Zu diesem Anlass möchten wir uns im Politbeisl mit der Frage beschäftigen “Propaganda der Tat im 21. Jahrhundert, geht das? Und wie sieht es aus?”. Seid dabei.

🏴💣 Politbeisl: Propaganda of the deed in the 21st century 💣🏴

Who hasn’t been in this situation: as soon as the term anarchism comes up, some lib comes forward with clichés about bomb throwers and regicides…

But where do these clichés come from? And is there any truth to them?

The drastic steps taken in the recent past, such as by Aaron Bushnell and the New York CEO assassin, draw attention to how broken the capitalist system (specifically in the USA, but also worldwide) is in every aspect. Despite the serious nature of the chosen means, the support among the population is enormous.

Especially in the case of the CEO who was shot, we as anarchists feel reminded of historical events in which judges, politicians and monarchs met their end at the hands of our comrades.

The next court hearing in the trial against Luigi Mangione is scheduled for January 21st. To mark this occasion, we at Politbeisl would like to discuss the question ‘Propaganda of the deed in the 21st century, is that possible? And what does it look like?’. Be there.
