Konzert: glupsk | Die Ballonmädchen
Glupsk is an abstract musical trio consisting of Vilhjálmur Yngvi Hjálmasson, Örlygur Steinar Arnalds and Guðmundur Arnalds, based in Reykjavik, Iceland. The trio grant themselves the freedom to explore whatever concepts, genres, or sounds that interest them at each moment. Glupsk ranges from making obscure electronic live-sets to being a experimental rock band with influences from doom-metal, no-wave and noise. Glupsk frequently collaborate with other musicians and artists, their latest album “Beyond Happy” was made with Sigtryggur Berg Sigmarsson and released at Superpang. Glupsk and Jakub Šulík will be performing together following their previous collaboration in 2021 with the focus on improvisation.
