Diesmal zeigt das Kaleidoskop, im Rahmen des Politwoch einen Film.

Dieser Film ist das langjährige Projekt, eines radikalen Hip-Hop Künstlers und kommunistischen Aktivisten aus den USA.

Er handelt von der Angst vor Bedeutungslosigkeit die viele Arbeiter*innen packt, von Arbeitskampf und der “weißen Stimme”, eine Art zu sprechen, die sich viele Schwarze Menschen in den USA angewöhnen um überhaupt ernst genommen zu werden.

Es ist eine “Komödie” mit künstlerischem und politischem Anspruch, die den katastrophalen Zustand vom Kapitalismus nicht abstrakt und theoretisch präsentiert sondern greifbar macht.

This time, Kaleidoskop is showing a movie as part of our Politwoch. It was the long-term project of a radical hip-hop artist and communist activist from the USA.

The movie deals with themes such as the fear of insignificance that grips many workers, labor struggles and the “white voice”, a type of speech that many black people in the USA adopt in order to be taken seriously at all.

It is a “comedy” with artistic and political aspirations that presents the catastrophic state of capitalism in a practical rather than abstract and theoretical way.
