Born in Los Angeles and raised in Northern California, trombonist Christopher Robin Cox has performed creative music since 1987. Combining multiphonics, split-tones, and electronics, Cox has begun to build his own approach that is at once ambient and saturated. He has worked with legendary blues, funk, and hip-hop artists, as well as a long list of creative improvisers like Marco Eneidi, Glenn Spearman, George Cremaschi, Elliot Humberto Kavee, Jason Robinson, Damon Smith, and many others. After returning from a long hiatus, Cox moved to Budapest in 2019, where he has worked with Aram Shelton, Miklos Szylveszter, Robert Benkő, and Franz Hautzinger. His trio with bassist Péter Ajtai and drummer Attila Gyárfás is in high demand in Hungary. In the Spring, he plans to perform in Germany and Italy and will tour the West Coast of the United States with Transient a.k.a. David R. Molina.

Zeynep Sarıkartal is a sound-artist, improviser and researcher. She studied classical Piano in Ankara Bilkent Music School, had her Bachelor from Musicology in Istanbul Yildiz Technical University and her MA in University of Vienna in Ethnomusicology. Since 2010 she is based in Vienna and works as composer, improviser and sound artist in theater, film and multimedia projects, curates events, publishes articles, performs under the moniker ZS ZS. She mostly collaborated with musicians from the fields of experimental, noise, flashcore, extratone and other related genres. From 2016 on, she started to develop creative research projects that focuses on the concept of social death. ZS ZS live performances are about exploring and merging harsh, rhythmical and atmospheric soundscapes together with text and field recordings within a dramaturgical concept.

Shoz is a sound artist based in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia (USA) and their work explores relationship to Place and spirit. Starting on a foundation of field recordings, their pieces are expressions of embodied connection to a location, stratifying textures of site-specific channelled melody and movement in various instrumentations, digital processing, and rhythms made from environmental sounds. Their work addresses issues of dis/connection guided by the intention to develop and strengthen relationship to the emergent knowing alive in collaboration with The Unseen, creating containers for presence both individually and collectively.
