After an intense week, this is your invitation to slow down, let go, and replenish your energy – in a nurturing space filled with mindfulness, respect, and heartfelt warmth.

🔹 Guidelines for a Safe Space - You only do what you want to do. - No one is required to cuddle with anyone they don’t want to. - Touch happens only after a clear, verbal “Yes”. - You can change your mind at any time. - Clothing stays on at all times. - Everything is welcome: laughter, tears, silence…

🔹 What to Expect - A lovingly guided setting for mindful touch - Space for self-awareness through consent, boundaries & communication - Practice authentic “yes” and “no” - Deep relaxation, closeness & warmth – without pressure or obligation to cuddle

🔹 Event Schedule - Arrival & Welcome Circle - Introduction to the rules & consent-based exercises - Open cuddle time (voluntary, no pressure!) - Closing circle & sharing
