About the context: On 03.06.2023, 19 year old Bilel was shot 34 times by the police. At the time there were 13 officers present, 6 of whom fired at him. He survived with serious injuries and paraplegia and was confronted with an investigation for attempted murder.

Now all investigations have been dropped, both against Bilel and against the police officers. Without justice and with high costs, Bilel is trying to put this violence behind him.

Solikreis Herford is raising funds to support Bilel and his family financially with the legal fees and the wheelchair-accessible conversion of their house. This event is to send support to them.
