Bring your friends, loved ones, comrades, and communities: The Take Back The Streets 8th March Alliance Vienna 2026 invites everyone to join us on the streets together on March 8th, the International Day of Feminist Resistance.

We recognize this day as deeply rooted in the long histories of connected feminist struggles. This 8th March, we march together in solidarity and demand an end to patriarchal, queerphobic, capitalist, colonial and imperialist violence. Together we raise our voices against femicides, war, fascism, genocide, repression, deportations and displacement.

Together we will fight for a world where lives matter more than profit, where bodies are not treated as spoils of war or territories to be controlled. Without us, the world does not function. Without us, nothing is produced or reproduced.

Together we want to create space for community building and political action. We will cultivate solidarity that transcends borders and backgrounds that differ from our own. In our practice of care the means and ends of social change come together. We recognize that as a strategy for survival and the foundation for collective resistance.
