a weekly singing and somatic workshop . For all the ones who want to practise radical care to build a deeper relation with the body, to be able to build relation with others / care as a practise of accountability and rest as resistance.

The soli singing club is a weekly vocal and somatic workshop , happening every thursday from 17:00 - 18:30 at Mala Zerin, Goldschlagstraße 99, 1150 Vienna. You can just pass by without registration and leave at any moment if you don’t feel the vibe ;)

It’s a weekly singing club + vocal and speech workshop for anyone who wants to - be in a musical room with other folks - train their voice - regulate their nervous systems - deconstruct shame - deconstruct ways to “sing correctly” - building up strength in your voice to go into conflict with patience and open hearts - practise to listen - nourish the body - learn to speak with more presence - learn to build up strength for shouting with care at the next demo - goof around - just sing a little song with other cute peeps

It’s on free donation - every month the proceeds will go to peeps/comrades affected by ME/CFS <3
